Who are the Drarry Veterans?

Because I'm curious about these things, I wondered which authors had been writing Drarry for the longest time. There have been literally thousands of Drarry fanfic authors over the years (not kidding: I've got over a thousand names in my database alone). So in order to find an answer to this question I decided to limit my results by these

Ooh this is neat. I'm on my phone so can't give a huge comment but I published my first fic (HD) in 2005. :D

There were several one shots but my first novel length was The Hush Of War and the prequel to that which began in 2005 and 2006.

Thanks for the info! I did see you had "Hush of War" on AO3 and your A/N said you had started it before HBP. But I couldn't find where it had been published before AO3, so I didn't use that one.

Fortunately you had also published "Men Who Had Mothers" before DH came out, so I could use that one for reference.

When you get a chance (and aren't still limited by being on your phone) I'd love it if you could send me a link to where I can find the first publication of "Hush of War".

Oh, this is lovely! :D And I feel special being mentioned.

"Comfort" is from 2009, though - I simply use December 2005 to store all my chapter index pages. If you ever look at chaptered fics of mine, make sure to check chapter 1 for the date.

My earliest (and not very good at all) Drarry is Saving Angel, which is indeed from 12/2005.

Oh thanks for clarifying the dates! It can be so hard to date things accurately! But in this case, I'm glad that my mis-dating didn't cause me to leave you off the list or anything :)

I posted my first fic on an ancient site where I also post my original fic. I've temporarily made my stories visible to guests, though it's all my really old stuff that I don't want everybody to access.

Best Two out of Three is here. For some reason the site updates over the years have made weird changes to the formatting (line numbers) and the post date isn't showing, but if you look at the first comment, you'll see it was left 9 years ago.

This is so cool and I'm a bit chuffed to see my name on there. My first fic was actually in January of 2006 - although it's perfectly fine that it's not listed.

It is decidedly a first fic.
