Did you spell it out clearly to your parents why you don't approve of Barb's boyfriend? Like "Mom, Dad, he's an asshole because he cheats and abuses her and I won't ever approve of him so that's why I am making an ultimatum"

If you haven't MAYBE it would work... I know it's a long shot...

You have my sympathy at least. And my concern... I want to be able to see you after July so no suicidal stuff, eh?

I'll cross my fingers in hopes that your sister comes to her senses. I'm sure she will... eventually. And I promise if I'm ever in a bad relationship I'll listen to your advice.

Well, I don't have anything to say. I just like hearing from you... although it would be nice to hear about the good things in your life... assuming there are some. There are, right?
