I spent 4 hours today making vegan tamales. Part of the reason it took 4 hours is that it takes a while to individually form and wrap 2 dozen of them, but it's a pretty involved process in general. They were worth it though. Sooooo good. And I have a ton left over

sounds delish. they have vegan tamales at work every now and then, i'm too afraid to try them. they had a whole tamale section at the vegas one. those looked really good. mmmmmm. save me some.
