I am pretty sure I just fucked up that job interview. Apparently I am not badass enough to do rapid code-switching on a conference call. Ugh.

damnit, i was really starting to want that job.

EDIT:  Followup interviews happening later this week. Guess I did better than I thought:)

What's rapid code-switching?

Code-switching is going between two languages - in my case switching between English and Spanish every time they asked me a question - like one question in Spanish, one in English, one in Spanish, etc. It's super difficult to do quickly unless you've grown up bilingual...which I haven't.
