They appear to be a search engine/aggregator, rather than taking credit for the videos themselves. You don't have to pay to watch the videos, just to download them. So I don't really see any theft involved, but I can see it being disturbing to someone who came across it unsuspectingly. Anyone could be linking to and watching someone else's youtube video as long is it is published as public rather than private. I don't really see the benefit to being on the website however, or any benefit to using it rather than just searching youtube itself, but there are plenty of dumb people using the internet that might get suckered into paying for this service. I guess if you just don't like the interface at yuotube you might want a different aggregator, but I don't see the point in this website at all.
Thanks for the head's up. I've contacted them as well. They obviously know they're doing something wrong with that disclaimer at the bottom. Charging download fees for free videos from other sites is incredibly shady.
