Someone's Furbaby Needs Our Help!

I usually don't post messages of this nature here but a good friend is in need of help! Her furbaby...of the barking variety...is very sick. She has been to the vet and the diagnosis is congestive heart failure. She has responded well to treatment but will need to remain on meds and continue to see a cardiologist
