Awesom chapter! It was so great to see an update!

So touching with the two of them in the infermay. I laughed at Cas locking them in and Balthazar yelling at Dean to open the door, so cute. LoL.

Poor Cas only getting puréed food while Dean gets his 'last meal'.

Brilliant to see a new chapter. Just when dean and Cas have sorted things out now he is being moved I don't like it. Cas won't be able to handle being without Dean and I am sure Dean will feel the same way to.
