The problem is my flexibility

I am having issues decided where I want to live, because the apartment I saw today is next to my current one, but is also equi-distant from campus. The other one is extremely close to campus, and just has a really different vibe. The problem is that I can envision myself in both of them very easily. I am more used to ones similar to the one I saw

So, the apt. close to campus got broken into last night- makes my decision easier. Put down the deposit tomorrow for the other apartment.
