I've decided that this would be the perfect time to have a fire escape - like the ones on the sides of apartment buildings. I can imagine myself just sitting out on one several stories above my surroundings. So tonight, as I was leaving work, I was distracted and didn't notice there was a patch of ice on the sidewalk in front of me - needless to say, I slipped. I did manage to catch myself but as I did so, I bumped the bumper of a car next to me... oops. However, no damage was done and all was well.

...Until the car alarm went off.
