A PLEA FOR HELP

Ok I was talking to my bloke on msn and he wrote something I didn't understand, then wouldn't tell me what it ment. I've put the conversation behind a cut, anyone who may know would you please tell me. I've highlighted the errr 'word', if thats what it is, in pink.

It comes up as a picture of a snail on mine, if you don't have a recent edition of msn, then you wouldnt get the picture.
