lol which is why I don't bother changing my sleep cycle. Once I get a break, any semblance of restraint (to sleep early) just goes whack!

Circadian rhythms require approximately 2-3 days to change. It is easier to 'shift back' your cycle than 'shift forward' your cycle.

So you can imagine how I sleep at 12-1am on normal days and 4am on fridays and saturdays on normal school weeks. And I suffer on sundays by not being able to fall asleep.

Circadian rhythms and clock proteins are cooooool :)

lolz... oh, so it really is easier to shift it back than forward... darn. lol.. ya, i super worried tonight i can't fall asleep on time, coz tmr morning is midterm test le haha!!!
