Jon doesn't remember it when Sansa was born. His earliest memories are a blur of Robb and sometimes baby Sansa makes an appearance but she's a baby girl and they're little boys and their paths don't cross very often.
He remembers it when Arya came though. And that's part of why she's his favorite sibling, because he remembers being excited for her. Back then, he and Robb shared a bed and they spent many a night debating whether Robb's mother would have another sister or a brother for them. They both decided that they wanted a brother because they already had a sister and Sansa... Sansa was not very interesting sometimes.
He remembers sharing disappointment with Robb that it was another girl. He remembers that he didn't get to see little Arya for more than fortnight because Lady Stark forbids anyone not her family from entering her chambers. He remembers yelling at Maester Luwin when the man only tried to offer him some comfort and running off to the godswood so that no one would find him
