just got back from seeing three awesome bands playing. the first band sixparsseven were really, really good and i didn't know they were even going to play. they had this (person that has those mallet thingies and hits those key thingies) person in the band who reminded me of vincent gallo for some reason. i don't know why since he didn't look like

i looooooooved the six parts seven. if you liked that, you'd probably like Maserati and also the Mercury Program. they are very good instrumental bands as well.

and TV on the Radio is sooooooooooooo good. they really knocked things up a notch for the live show :)

yes six parts seven is really good. their cd i got is the perfect thing to put on when you finally go to sleep at like six in the morning when the sun is coming up and everthing is blue-ish. no nice.

and tv on the radio is so different live then from their cd. i heard they were good live with changing their material to be good in a live setting but live it just sounded like typical rock music or something but their cd is so freaking good. maybe they were just having an off night or the club' system was crap or something. and the guitarist's afro is so chunky. it's like a block of cheese. so nice.

i miss going to concerts. especially local shows. it's more intimate and not as messy.

i just found out about my mother's car thing. her brakes wouldn't work and she was backing up to turn around and it wouldn't stop. she wasn't going fast so it was nothing too major.

and going to shows is fun. i hadn't been to any in over two years. don't like all the smoke though.

I'm musically challenge, so I've never heard of any of those bands. :-p

And haha, that sounds like my mom. My mom would be like, "Oopsie...", though.

haha. now there is a bit of debate between my parents whether the brake thing wouldn't work or if my mom didn't put it in park. i think she was lying about the broken brake thing. hehe

it's not. it's not here because my mom is using it. and last night when i came home it wasn't here because it was getting checked out or something. i don't know.

the only band i've ever listened to of those 3 is tv on the radio.
and i just checked em out before writing this comment, so you introduced me to a new band lol, and you know what? i like them a really really lot!
so i owe you a thank you, and i'm glad you had fun at the concert :]

i'm really loving the songs "dreams" and "the wrong way" so much at the moment.
