Help pet needed.

So I want to buy an English Bulldog, but I don't want to have to make loan payments to do it. Can anybody assist me in this quest?

The Mobile flea market has dogs every now and then. I dont know if they will have them out in the cold, or in the winter at all, or the exact breed that you want, but that would probably be the best shot at getting one for less than 1200 bucks.
I am not the type to have to donate a kidney, half a liver and a testicle to get a dog either, but if you want a nice one, that sometimes seems the price you have to pay.
I'd love a Mini Chihuahua, or a Mini Doberman.
