Despite the shit I gave my parents about "Fogey-berg" while I was growing up, I now very much enjoy Dan Fogelberg's music. In particular, "Longer" is one of my favorites, a very sweet and gentle song about lasting love ( Read more... )

Oh man, that's wrong. Still though i love Fogey-burg. That and the dude that did "I am a DJ at WOLD-D-D-D" I also love Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young. Mom and dad had some good music tastes, i guess they still do.

Man, things like that make me love you all the more Seestor. You are awesome, in a geeky librarian kind of way.

I love Longer. It's one of my favorite Fogelberg songs. It will be played and prominently featured at our wedding. We are going to make it a special spotlight dance for all the married couples that are there.

Oh how I love that song. And it is such a good song if you think about the words. Which is why I have always loved Fogelberg. He just has a way, or should I say sadly, had. And please use that song at all weddings, anniversaries and other significant romantic get togethers.
