Okay update first on computer. All fixed. Had to reinstall Windows. Good thing is I spent HOURs backing up everything--- that's right, I got onto the desktop to get the files! My photos are all safe on CDs and I am very relieved. My bookmarks are gone but oh well. Apparently I'm smarter than the technicians of Dell, or they don't do as much as they
