Thanks mom. :-) They use the STAR format for questions (situation/task action result) so there will be a LOT of 'Tell me about a time' questions. Bleck.

You know I do remember personal hygiene. ;-) The scariest part is that the call center director is doing in interview and she's...how do I put this...very driven. In the scary way.
