yeah you still eat on this cleanse.
The first day wasn't too bad. I started my period so I was bloated anyway. I felt kinda bloated from all the water. I didn't start pooping out cool things till about day three or four. My roommate is doing it too and we started at the same time so we do a poop talk everyday!
