Writer's Block: Easier Said Than Done

Having X  eat school lunch instead of packing a lunch from home.  I just don't want him eating so much processed, plastic-wrapped food all the time.  Anyone remember being in school and going through a line with a plastic tray that was then filled with the lunch selections, and using metal utensils to eat?  Anyone remember the big ovens and stoves

I remember big kitchens, big ovens, industrial-scale food serving. It was efficient.

I remember there was some switching of utensils at some point during my high school career, but I don't remember the details exactly.

Microwaving food inside of any kind of plastic? Ewww.
