Ah, the mountain climbing sounds like fun to me! :D But yes, those steep ones are tough (I've only climbed the Australian Ayers Rock, which isn't as high but steep as hell, too). I'm glad you had such a fantastic birhtday away from home, I'm sure the memory will stick around for good. :D Sigh, it sounds like you had a really good time, sans the crankyness due to food deprivation and rain (an empty stomach makes for a really foul mood, doesn't it? ^_~); reading about your activities immediately makes me want to travel again. ^_^ And yay, Taiko!

I haven't checked out all the pics yet, because I'm at home with the modem, but I'll do that when I'm at work. :) Keep enjoying yourself! ^.^

Traveling aboard has reallie changed me. Not only am I having fun, but I guess I learn a lot more about myself, when I'm...by myself (with the exception of the other exchange students).
*sigh* would reallie like to live in Japan now...

WOW, and you've been to Australia!!! That's my new goal, to travel to Australia...and to at least once, visit Hawaii. My Japanese tutor will be going to New Zealand next summer for "working-holiday" especially if she doesn't pass the TOEFU. waaaaaaaiii, wanna go there too!

(muhahhaa, the joy of using your work's internet...)
