I am so far from having it all together it's ridiculous...I'm 31 years old, a wife, a mom, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a student, an employee, and I'm still just really clueless about so many things

I really understand where you're coming from. It's really hard to make changes to long-standing habits. I still struggle with this, myself

Have you ever considered getting evaluated (it seems as if you already know you have an eating disorder--when you say you were a former bulimic and talk about eating habits that aren't normal now)? Have you ever considered seeking professional help to overcome your eating disorder?
