I have a new office to decorate and fill with interesting things... ahhhhhh too much pressure!!) (But omg I also have a new 60" TV in my office -- uhhh, yeah, seriously -- LET'S GUESS HOW I SHALL BE WATCHING MY KDRAMAS NOW.) (Actually I think I ( Read more... )

Yeah! I was thinking about something along those lines! Do you have any specific ones to recommend? Arrrgghhhhh I hate not having a physical bookstore to go to and browse through before I decide to spend a ton of money on books. I am trying to make due with Amazon preview but it just isn't the saaaame.

Oooooh, I love Natural Geographic too - the magazine would be a nice filler, too.. regardless of language, they are always great to have around imo.

A good magazine... is actually called "Good." Visit their site (http://good.is) to see what they're like. Idk, I find it interesting and I love the illustrations.

60" tv? *faints*

I.. uhm, I guess I haven't got that much advice on decorating tastefully, seeing as most of my photobooks I collect are by Araki and any ~intellectually impressive books~ are in the area of (Japanese) film and culture study. I also arrange my Big Bang albums in a tasteful way atop my shelf..

BUT!
I second the National Geographic suggestion and... uh, if you spend enough at Bean Pole, you can get a pretty sexy G-Dragon limited edition photobook these days. *cough*

I KNOWWWW, RIGHT? It's to make up for the lack of all other furniture in there though, har har. Well, I think I probably already complained to you about it (I ALWAYS COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING!!) but the room is rather absurd looking right now... huuuuuuge empty spaaaaaaace, an embarrassingly tiny desk, and an embarrassingly gigantic TV. I... whatever. I have two months to make it look awesome before spring semester starts. I'm still trying to decide on my design concept. (Yes, my office needs to have a ~concept.~ My current office is so boring and blah! I need to straighten myself out!)

OMG THAT PHOTOBOOK. WANT WANT WANT. Too bad I'm not much into Bean Pole's style unless it is on G-Dragon, otherwise it would totally be post-Christmas shopping spree time right now.

But never fear, the Big Bang poster that I have in my current office shall totally migrate over. :D
