Basically, it's a 24 hour event in which teams of people come together to raise money to fund cancer research.

One or more people from each team is walking/ running/ whatevering around a track for the full 24 hours.

sweet, either that or you could fatty sign up for the BMB club team (you don't need to be a bmb student) and we could rock all night around the track, and if you don't want to do your own fund raising but still want to rock around the track, you can just come out and we can do some laps, that would be cool too

Sorry, Doctors Without Borders got the money I could spare for charity this year. Good luck though.

If I run into you beforehand, sure, I'll hit that much up with cash. As for website-donating, though, my debit account is scraping 0 and I don't have credit... so nope.

Do you take Canadian? I think I have $6 left. That plus the American dollar, and it's 5% of your goal right there.

(damn you enter key)

But yeah, I seriously gave 'em money when I got my last paycheck, 'cause I gave money during the tsunami and they're guilt-trip mail is really, really good.

Wait, you're gonna be at Craig's party, right?... I'll see what I can do by then.

Sorry, but I'm an active member of the UofM "Students 4 Cancer" organization. Currently we're covertly replacing the cans of non-dairy creamer at Expresso Royale with asbestos and using lead-based sidewalk chalk to spread our message on the Diag. Some students think we're the worse student organization on campus, but I think "Students Supporting Rape" have us beat there, if only for their imfamous "Random acts of RAPE" campain and their policy to hold meetings in the ally behind "Rick's" at 2:15 am every Thursday night.

what is with you and jen being all pro-canadian?

why do you hate our troops?

USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA!

oh. and, you were only five bucks away from your goal. so i bumped you over the top. AND i'm pleased to see you raised more than anyone else in your group. though i know that's not what it's all about. but it was for me.

and they asked what i wanted to donate in honor of. and i couldn't help it.

but in all seriousness, i'm proud of what you're doing. most of that money is gonna go to you and laura schelhas and beth starnes anyway to figure out a cure for cancer. and she you guys could sure use it.
