Gender is a hot topic in our household at the moment. k. can correctly identify men and women, and understands that boys and men are essentially the same thing, as are girls and women

i note that Mr Rat has neither snopp nor snippa and therefore by the definitions we have taught her she is technically correct. ofc, he has no bum either.

i feel that some alternative form of gender identification will be required before we send her to nursery, lest that stay be brief.
