Well. Things didn't turn out exactly like I planned with the building a house thing. It might actually turn out being for the best though. The subdivision I was going to build in ended up raising the price of the lot from 13000 to 19000, putting the final cost of building a little bit more then I was willing to spend and that would be with bare
