Damn it all....hummus (esp garlic hummus) and warm fresh pita bread is the best food in the world. Satisfying. Tastey. Oh so beautiful. and more or less healthy I would guess. Yes...mr. atkins...I know there is bread. But there is NOT dairy. YUM. My body loves hummus and pita.
