Good lord, I think you're right... it explains why my work place... heck most of the company is so stunned that they don't have the sense G-d gave cabbage to stay out of trouble.
I also suspect that the more of them that show up... the more they're stupidity warps space time until you have an intelligence black hole... where no matter how much intelligence goes into the place, nothing intelligent can get out.
