My mom is going through rehab after getting hip replacement surgery, so life has just been a bowl of cherries this week!

OY!

I know of a woman who lived on a second floor and after her hip surgery could no longer use the stairs - she was in debt because of ordering crap off the tv - but they went to a social worker who figured out that between her social security and her husbands social security and medicare she could live and be cared for in a rather nice place. She made friends there too. We were surprised that a lady in debt could end up in such a nice place.

I am fixing up the basement because my daughter is not well and moving back home.

Always look on the bright side of life :)
