Summary: Kamenashi Kazuya is in love with Ueda Tatsuya from Boice Club. However due to an incident , he was forced to make a deal with another member Akanishi Jin. For Kazuya,if it's the only way to meet and get to know Tatsuya personally he's willing to seal the deal. But will he make it until the end without having a change of heart?

CHAPTER 8: Next Step
"Kame chan how are you?"
"I'm doing good Koki don't worry. And you? How's Junno and Yuichi?"
"They're doing well. By the way, are you sick?"
"No, why?"
"Your voice sounds different... Sounds girly. Do you have cold?"
"No! I'm whispering you idiot!"
"Oh Ok! Sorry! I'll call you again next time ok. Take care Kame chan! chu chu chu!"
"Ewww! Stop that! It's disgusting! See you next time. Take care!"
Then Kazuya end the call and look around him. 'Yes I sound girly coz I'm talking like one' he said to himself.
Right now he's sitting inside the dressing room of Boice Club waiting for the band to finish their performance. There are some staffs around him packing away the costumes of the group so he needs to be careful. After all they haven't discovered his secret yet.
And speaking of secrets, he remembered that his friends don't know about it as well. Yeah, they didn't know that Kazuya was pretending to be a girl because for sure it will be a total riot.
"Kazu chan! Did you wait for a long time?" Jin said as he entered the room and give Kazuya a quick peck on the cheek before sitting down beside him.
They didn't know how it all started but those actions became a routine to both of them. Maybe because they've been pretending to be an item for quite some time now that it became a habit.
Sometimes Jin will just hug him out of the blue or give him a quick kiss just like what he did right now and somehow Kazuya doesn't seem to be bother with it.
"Don't worry I didn't. Besides, Koki called earlier asking if we're doing fine" the younger one explained.
"Really? SO how's the gang? I bet they miss you already"
"I said I'll visit them soon"
"Alright, can I come along? I would like to see them again" Jin asked
"Sure, I bet they have tons of questions for you" Kazuya grin as he hands Jin his thing. "So where do you want to eat"
"Hmmmm... I'd like to have pasta. Let's go to an Italian Restaurant." the older one answered
They're about to leave when Tatsuya entered the room along with Ryo. He immediately went towards Jin and excused themselves saying that he needs to ask him something.
"What is it Tat chan?" Jin asked as they step outside the dressing room.
"Jin, Do you like Kazuya?" was the blunt question thrown into him.
"Tat chan we've discussed this before and my answer remains the same. I like him as my precious friend"
"Then it will be alright if I ask him to exclusively date me?" Ueda asked
Jin was caught by surprise with this statement but he immediately recovered so he cleared his throat and said "We'll it's up to Kazuya. If he said it's ok then I'm fine with it. After all I'm not really his boyfriend"
"You're sure about that?" Came another question
"Of course! Why are you pressing this issue? If you want to date him then ask him. I'm not his father." Somehow Jin's voice has a little edge on it.
"Alright, I'm just checking. I'll tell him myself later" then Tatsuya thank his friend and went inside the room once again.
"What's wrong with that guy? Why does he have to get my permission? I don't own Kazu chan!"Jin shakes his head as he also follows inside.

"Jin! You won't believe what Tat chan just told me earlier!" Kazuya whisper excitedly at the other one as they dig their food, they're currently having dinner in one of the private rooms at the Italian restaurant.
"What is it?・Once again Jin acts as if he doesn't know anything. But he's fully aware what his friends about to say, after all Tatsuya tried to get his permission first.
"Tat chan ask if I could exclusively date him!" Kazuya almost yell
"Well that's great! I bet you're so happy right now" Jin commented.
"Yes, but of course you're still my priority"
"Priority?"
"Yeah, because you're my boyfriend right?" Kazuya answered
"Inside of JE yes, but I don't want to hinder your happiness. Tatsuya is your happiness right? So if you want to date him then go, I'll be here to support you."
"I know that silly. But I gave my word to your President that I'll be always beside you so I'll fulfill that promise"
"But what if Tat chan decided that he want you to live with him?" Jin asked
"Do you wanna get rid of me already Akanishi?" a sharp tone from Kazuya
"Oi! Don't get mad at me. I'm just trying to predict what will happen in the future" defended Jin
"Then I'll tell him, I can't. Because I still need to fulfill my duty to Johnny san. And I don't want to leave my important friend all alone and deal with the negative write ups by himself.・
"That's so sweet. But I doubt if Tat chan will like that answer." The older one laugh as he stuff the food on his mouth.
"Well, I think he'll understand" Kazuya confidently said as he also takes a bite on his own food.
'Kazuya, please think of yourself as well. You've done so much for me already. I don't want to get in the way of your happiness coz you deserve it.' Jin contemplates as he continues with his meal.
''Jin, I want to see you happy. So as long as you haven't seen that person who will make you happy, then I'll stay by your side. So don't you dare push me away not even to Tat chan's direction.' Kazuya mentally said to himself.
"Ne Jin. What do you want to do after this?"
"Let's go home and we'll think of something" Then a naughty grin appear on Jin's face
"You're not thinking of perverted things, are you?"
"Well, let's wait and see!" was the only answer Kazuya received.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Kazuya hesitantly asked
"Yeah, I wanted to do this with you since the day you arrive here" replied Jin
"Why don't you just do it with your tons of girls?"
"Well, if you can clearly recall, you are my girl friend so I wanted to do this with you"
"But it's already late. Every body's already sleeping! What about the neighbors?" Kazuya protest
"That's fine as long as you're not too loud. Besides it's supposed to be done at night. Please, just do it for me." Jin pleaded
"I hate it when you do that. You know I can't say NO. And let me remind you, it can also be done in broad day light!"
"YEY! Alright let's do it. And to answer your question, I prefer night time!"
Then Jin pushed some buttons and on the television screen appeared HARUKANA YAKUSOKU.
"Jin will you please remind me again why are we doing this?" Kazuya asked his now too enthusiastic friend.
"I can't go to regular Karaoke bars because surely we'll get mob there, so I want to do this at home!"
"Then why can't we do it on morning then!" an exasperated young boy asked
"Because it's more fun to do this at night, it's like I really went to a real Karaoke"
So they start their Karaoke session, they sang UN, KIMI MICHI, GOLD, PINKY, ONE DROP and OUR STORY
"I noticed, you like upbeat songs" Kazuya said as they rest their voices for a while.
"Ummm... Yeah, but I like slow ones too" Jin commented.
"Really? What song?"
"Just wait we'll sing it together"
"Jin! Aren't you tired yet? My voice is almost hoarse with all the singing we did" complained by the latter
"Just one last song Kazu please" and with that Jin once again push some buttons and the title appeared on screen.
"You like this song?"
"Yup, I like to sing it as a duet! So let's try it ok!・Jin pushed play and they start singing. It's as if the song was written for them coz their voices compliments each other well. NEIRO
"Kazu. Thank you." Said Jin as they rest once again before going to bed
"There you go again. Thank you for what?" asked Kazuya as he turn to his friend
"For singing with me, I've never done it for fun before. It's always because of work. So I'm happy that I've done it with you."
"Baka. You should have told me from the start. If you did, then we're able to sing many songs already."
"But at least now we did. I'm so happy" Jin said as he gives a goofy grin to Kazuya
"You're really like a child" smiled Kazuya and as if out of impulse he reached towards his companion and warmly hugs him. "Don't thank me ok. Just tell me if you like to do it again and we'll do it, alright?"
"Thanks Kazu.I love you. You know that?" Jin softly said at his friend and unconsciously Kazuya answered back.
"I know. And I love you too Jin..."
Hearing this words made Jin smile even wider without letting go of Kazuya's embrace.
