Chapter 18: Collapse
“Ok. See you tomorrow too!” Jin said as he stepped out of the meeting room and heads towards the parking lot.
He’s eager to go home for the reason that today Kazuya wasn’t able to go with him at work because he said Koki, Yuichi and Junno pester him to meet up with them.
“Ne Jin… Would you be kind enough to give me a lift?”
Jin almost screamed when someone spoke beside him “RYO! You idiot! Don’t scare me like that!”
“Hehe… Sorry… I didn’t know you’re a scare cat…”
“Shut up and hop in”
As they start to drive Ryo asked “Jin, how are you, Kame chan and Tatsuya?”
“We’re ok, I mean since Tat chan apologize last month everything’s back to normal like we never had a problem before.”
“I see, that’s good to hear. Let’s just hope Tat chan really means what he said”
“I don’t want to doubt his intention and I’m happy that we’re ok now.”
“I’m glad to hear that.”

“Kazu babe where are you?”
“In the kitchen sweetie… Dinner’s almost ready, you can take a shower first, and when you’re done we’ll eat.”
So Jin did as he was told and when he enters the kitchen the table was already set and Kazuya is just waiting for him
“Kazu this is delicious!” Jin exclaimed as he stuff more food in his mouth.
“Jin! Chew your food properly. I don’t want you to choke to death!”
“But it’s really good… I’m lucky to have you… You’re my sweet lovely wife”
“AKANISHI HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU I’M NOT GIRL!”
“And I love you so much too Kazu!” Jin replied completely ignoring the rant of his lover.

One day, as Jin leisurely sat on their living room while Kazuya went out to a nearby convenient store to buy something, a mailman knocked at his door and hand him an envelop.
‘Weird, no one really writes to me’
So out of curiosity he open it and look what’s inside, but upon seeing it’s contents tears starts to well up into his eyes and gritted his teeth.
‘What’s this? What’s this?’ he silently screams.
Then he saw a note attached to it saying ‘you love him but the question is does he really love you?’
Then he scan the other contents when he spot another note saying ‘If he loves you why is that he’s embracing someone else? He looks happy…. Does he smile like that when he’s with you?’
He find it hard to breathe as he stares at the note and screaming out loud as he throw it on the coffee table, collapse in the couch and cried.

“Jin… I’m home!”
Kazuya called out as he open the door but he gave out a painful yelp when Jin roughly drags him inside.
“Jin! What’s wrong? Let go you’re hurting me”
“I’M HURTING YOU? WHAT ABOUT ME? WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU DID TO ME?” Jin roar
“What are you talking about? I don’t understand… ” Kazuya pleads as he tries to yank away his arms.
And without answering Jin let go of him and grab something at the table then throw it his direction.
“YOU DON’T KNOW? THEN TELL ME WHAT THESE ARE?”
Kazuya glance at what his lover just hurled at his direction and what he saw made his face drained its color then glance back at Jin.
“Jin… It’s not… It’s not what you think… Please believe me”
“Then tell me… Are you seeing Tat chan behind my back?”
“No!”
“DON’T LIE TO ME! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME KAZUYA? I TRUSTED YOU. YOU SAID THAT YOU AND TATSUYA ARE OVER AND YOU DON’T LOVE HIM ANYMORE.”
“Jin believe me! Please believe me… I’m not seeing Tatsuya behind your back! Ok, I meet with Tatsuya once because he said he wanted to talk to someone so I met with him.”
“MET WITH HIM ON HIS HOUSE? I’M NOT STUPID KAZUYA I KNOW WHAT TATSUYA HOUSE LOOKS LIKE”
“I didn’t say you’re stupid. I won’t deny that I met him at his apartment but I swear nothing happens.”
“THEN EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THESE ARE!” Then Jin shoves two pictures right in front of Kazuya’s face.
The first picture is Tatsuya hugging Kazuya and the latter brightly smiling. And then the next picture is taken inside Tatsuya’s house with the two of them engaging in a lip lock.
“This is not me… This is not me Jin…” showing the picture to the older man, Kazuya tries to convince the other of his innocence.
“If it’s not you then who could it be?” the other coldly replies. “Besides, it’s a coincidence that the person kissing him has the same clothes as you”
“BUT IT’S NOT ME! WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY!” finally the young man’s patience snapped.
“THEN WHO IS IT! DO YOU HAVE A TWIN BROTHER THAT YOU FORGOT TO METION TO ME THAT APPEARS INSIDE TATSUYA’S HOME AND STARTED KISSING HIM?”
“NO! I DON’T KNOW WHO THAT IS BUT ITS DEFINETELY NOT ME. ”
Jin’ couldn’t take it anymore “I’ll go and stay with Pi… I can’t deal with this right now.”
And before Kazuya could answer he snatched his car keys, wallet and jacket and dash towards the door.
“Jin! Jin! Don’t run away. We have to settle this.” Kazuya run after him only to see Jin’s rushing down the stairs.
Feeling depressed, devastated and hurt he walked inside the house and gather the pictures which Jin tossed at his direction earlier then he remember the day he visited Tatsuya just a week ago.
FLASHBACK
“Kame chan where are you? Why you’re not with Jin today?”
“Tat chan? Glad you called… I need to meet with my friend that’s why I didn’t go with Jin today.”
“I see…Ummm.. Kame chan? Can I ask you for favor?”
“Sure what is it?”
“I need an advice about some thing but I can’t discuss it here on the phone. Do you mind dropping by my place later?”
Kazuya think for a while, he wants to ask Tatsuya to go to their house instead but think twice about it coz he doesn’t want Jin to feel insecure about Tatsuya’s visit so he agreed to meet him at his place.
“Ok Tat chan I’ll see you at your place give me 2 hours to get there.”
“Great! I’ll see you in 2 hours Bye...” Then the call was ended
When Kazuya arrived at Tatsuya’s place the latter immediately greeted him with a smile.
“Thank’s for dropping byKame chan. Sorry if I have to ask you to come here instead”
Smiling brightly Kazuya answered “Don’t worry, you’re Jin’s friend right and you’re my friend also so I’m glad to help you”
Upon hearing this Tatsuya embraced him uttering his word of thanks and Kazuya can’t help but smile as well.
END FLASH BACK
“Tat chan… Could it be he…? No he won’t do that… He’s our friend...” as Kazuya stares at the “photographic evidence” of his meeting with Boice Club’s Ueda.
Unconsciously tears start to roll down his face as he clutch the pictures tighter and about to tear it one by one. After a while that one drop of tear turns into a sob and later on he’s crying out loud.
‘Jin please believe me… I’m not seeing Tat chan… I don’t love Tat chan… I love you and only you… I love you so much that it hurts… Especially now that it seems you don’t trust my love for you…’
After almost an hour of crying he slowly walked inside their bedroom and waited for Jin to come home until he fall asleep.
When he woke up the next morning, he realize that Jin didn’t come home at all so he decided to pack some of his things and sent a message to Tomohisa
From: Ka~me chan!
To: Yamapi
Jin said he’ll be staying at your place. So more or less you know what happened.
Please tell him that he can now go home. For the mean time I’ll just stay at Koki’s house until he cools down. This is his house and I don’t have the right to stay here while we have this problem. Kindly tell him that I stick to what I’ve said… Thank you.
Then he also sent a message to Jin
From: Kazuya
To: My life Jin
I know you’re really mad… I stick to what I’ve said last night. The person in that picture is not me. I didn’t cheat on you if that’s what you’re thinking. I’ll be stupid if I’ll do that. But at the same time I feel hurt that you chose to believe other people or rather the pictures instead of me who’s supposed to be your partner. Maybe the trust you have for me is not that strong for you to be swayed. I love you… I hope you believe these words…
After sending those messages he picked up his small suit case and walked towards the door. But on his way out he stopped at the table where he placed all the pictures and scribble a note and place it on top of the picture of him and Tatsuya kissing.
Jin
I thought you trust me enough when I said I love you so much. But it seems you don’t…
Kazuya
He knows that what he wrote is so selfish because he knows that at that exact moment his lover is hurting as well. But he can’t help but say what he really feels.
So he placed the note and pictures on top of Jin’s bed where he knew that latter will surely see then went back to the living room and stepped out of the house, quietly closing the door behind him.
