Summary: Kamenashi Kazuya is in love with Ueda Tatsuya from Boice Club. However due to an incident , he was forced to make a deal with another member Akanishi Jin. For Kazuya,if it's the only way to meet and get to know Tatsuya personally he's willing to seal the deal. But will he make it until the end without having a change of heart?

Chapter 22: Uncertainties
“Then better stay by his side and forget Tatsuya completely”
‘I shouldn’t have listen to you Koki’
Kazuya told himself as he stares at his best friend’s ceiling. How can he be so stupid to believe that Jin really loves him?
‘Once a player always a player’
‘I made a mistake choosing him. Maybe I should have stick with Tat chan. He said he loved me, though I’ve realize that I don’t really love him.’
‘But before Jin said that he loves me. But does he? Maybe because he’s with me all the time that’s why he thought he loves me. Coz if he really does he won’t do this to me.’
‘How can I forget him? How can I make my heart stop from bleeding every time I remember what he did? I wish I would hit my head really hard and have amnesia.’
“Kame chan? Are you awake?”
His wandering mind was brought back to present when he heard the owner of the room called out his name.
“Yes.”
“Look who’s here to visit you”
Kazuya didn’t bother answering and just look at the doorway to see who drop by. And upon seeing his visitor, his eyes watered then suddenly got up and ran towards the person embracing him.
“What will I do? It hurts.”
“Calm down Kame chan…”
Koki sigh as he look at his best friend ‘Here he is hugging Tatsuya, crying his heart out, but he didn’t even say a single word to Tomohisa when he visited the other day.’
“Kame chan do you want to have breakfast, Tat chan said he’ll be joining us.” The bald man then gave the latter a meaningful look which the other quickly understood.
“Yes Kame chan let’s have breakfast, I know Koki kun is already hungry”
“But I’m not yet hungry.” Kazuya protest as he detached himself from his friend with tears still visible in the corner of his eyes.
“Ok let’s have a vote, those who are hungry and want Kame chan to join them for breakfast raise your hands.”
Tatsuya and Koki raised both their hands and grin at the young man.
Kazuya stares at them in disbelief coz they’re acting like bunch of kids. But after a while an almost whisper OK was heard then he gave both Koki and Tatsuya a soft smile.

“Is it true? Jin is dating Tat chan’s brother?” Toma asked Ryo as they wait for the rest of their band mates.
Ryo spray out the soda he was drinking as he stare at Toma “WHAT!”
Toma just nod his head “I heard it from Pi the other day”
“Since when?”
“I guess a week ago. He said that Kazuya and Tat chan caught them on the act, making out.”
“MAKING OUT!”
“Chill man, Pi said that Jin didn’t know that Tat chan has a brother and the guy didn’t tell the idiot that he’s related with Ueda.”
Then Ryo recall his conversation with Jin a week ago ‘So you mean I’m the only one who doesn’t even have a clue’
“That idiot! That’s why he asked me!” the smaller man hollers as he grabs his phone and dial Jin’s number.
“Why did you do that to Kame?” he snarled before Jin can even say hello.
“Ryo, did you wake up again at the wrong side of bed?”
“Answer me! Why did you do that to Kame?”
“Do what? I didn’t do anything to him!”
“You mean making out right it front of him is considered as nothing?”
“Hey! I didn’t do it on purpose and besides he’s with Tatsuya.”
“Doing what? Standing there as they watch you make out with his step brother”
“I didn’t know that!”
“But still, it doesn’t justify your action.”
“Will you stop that? I don’t want to remember it.”
“Well, Tatsuya will gladly remind you.” And without waiting for Jin’s answer Ryo ended the call.

“Junno what are you doing here?”
“Can I speak with you? Are you busy?”
Jin nervously plays with the hem of his shirt; he knows why Kazuya’s friend is standing right in his doorstep.
“I...I… No, I’m not busy. But I’m about to go to work. Do you want to join me for breakfast so we can talk?”
The taller man nods his head and followed Jin to his van, after 30 minutes they arrived at a cozy restaurant and headed towards an isolated area at the back.
Knowing that he can no longer escape this, Boice Club Akanishi asked “So what do you want to talk about?”
“I will no longer beat around the bushes Jin kun, I know that you’re fully aware why I’m here.”
And when the other didn’t speak up Junno proceed with what he has to say “Why did you hurt my Kame chan? I thought you’ll take good care of him but I guess I expected too much from you.”
“What did Kazuya said?”
“Nothing. Apparently he’s been a shut in for quite some time now. Though before he told Koki what had happened between the two of you. That you accuse him of seeing someone else behind your back.”
“He did, He and Tatsuya betrayed me.”
“Did you talk to Kame about it?”
“There’s no need to discuss it.”
“Kame won’t lie to you. I know that. He’s not that type of person.”
“Maybe you don’t know him that well.”
A serious glint appeared on Junno’s eyes, very different from the usual happy ones that always greet Jin.
“And you think you do? Then let me ask you, do you know where Kame’s parents are? Or who took care of him as he grows older?”
When Jin didn’t answer Junno speak once again “You don’t know? Then you don’t have the right to judge him. I know him better than you do, better than Koki or Yuichi. So when he says that he didn’t do it, I say he didn’t do it.”
Uncomfortable silence filled the table. Junno’s a laidback person and this is the first time Jin saw and heard him this serious and the trademark smile didn’t appear the whole conversation.
After a few more minutes of silence Junno stood up and looked at Jin.
“I guess that’s all I wanted to say. Please don’t tell Koki, Yuichi and most especially Kame that I had this little talk with you. As of the moment Koki is really pissed off with you and Yuichi is very much disappointed. Kame chan, well…”
“Is Kazuya alright?”
Junno ignore this question but instead injected another topic “I think Kame chan accidentally left his laptop at your place right? And he’s either too proud or too hurt to get it from you so Koki bought him a new one.”
Jin got confuse as to why Junno’s telling him these things coz he doesn’t get the connection at all.
And when he’s about to ask him the connection of Kazuya’s new laptop with their conversation, he saw the latter pulled out a piece of paper from his shirt’s front pocket and hand it to him.
“Hope this will answer some of your questions. Another thing, just so you know, Tatsuya is Kame chan’s new confidante. And lastly, better sort out your real feelings before it’s too late.”
And with that, Junno leisurely walks out of the place.
‘Why did he give me Kazuya’s computer and Skype password?’

“Tat chan, how’s Kame?” Toma discreetly asked
“He’s doing… ok…”
“Have you seen him lately?”
“Yeah, I visited his place last night.” Then Tatsuya subtly look at Jin’s direction to see if he’ll get some reaction from the said person.
But unfortunately Jin’s face was hidden behind the magazine he’s reading.
“I miss having Kame chan here at the agency.”
“Well, I guess we won’t be seeing him again, but at least you can visit him at Koki’s house.”
“Really, will it be alright?”
“Yeah, just tell me when you want to go and I’ll give him a call.”
“I didn’t know you’re that close with Kazuya’s friends” a voice was heard from behind the magazine.
“Yes I am. All thanks to you…”
“Good for you. You really wanted that right?”
Fortunately someone called out before their conversation turns from worse to worst.
“Tat chan!”
The said person looks up to see who called him and when he did stood up and stride towards the door but he couldn’t help but notice that Jin somehow flinch when he heard the voice but still keep the paper close to his face.
“Take chan! What are you doing here?”
And when he opened the door wide to ask his brother to come in, he noticed that he wasn’t alone. So he invited both of them and asked them to sit at the couch right next to him.
“So what brings you here? This is the first time you visit me at work.”
“I just wanted to see where you work and I’d also like to apologize again to Akanishi kun.”
Jin then lowers the thing that’s been covering his face and looks at Takeru.
“What?”
“I want to apologize for what had happened 2 weeks ago.”
“No it’s me who should apologize.”
“I didn’t know you have a lover.”
“And I didn’t know you're Ueda's brother.”
Another uncomfortable silence filled the room and when Ryo and Tomohisa entered they feel the tension right away.
“Hello everyone, care to tell us why you’re so quiet?” Tomohisa greeted as he tries to lighten up the mood.
“You’re Tatsuya’s brother right?” Ryo questioned as he glance at Takeru and his companion.
The young boy and his friend immediately stood up “Yes, I’m Sato Takeru, Ueda Tatsuya’s brother nice to meet you.” he bows his head and then looks at his friend.
“Oh, how rude of me, I forgot to introduce my companion. This is my friend Koji”
The boy name Koji took a little step forward and introduced him self as well “It’s a pleasure to meet you, I’m Seto Koji.” Then he gave the group a toothy smile.
‘I’m not sure what suits him better: fish lip or duck mouth... Ah duck mouth is better.’ Ryo muttered to himself.
