Chapter 31: Once Again
“I’m glad that Kame chan gave you another chance.”
They’re once again at Jin's place having dinner, the only difference is that today his best friend is gobbling down his food with a goofy smile on his face.
“Me too! Though seriously I didn't expect that he'll give me one. But I’m happy that he did. I almost put up a tent at Koki’s coz he doesn’t want to come out of his room.”
“So does that mean you’re together once again?” question that made Jin's face darken a little bit
“He wants us to start all over again”
“Then that’s~ ~”
“As friends” Jin cut before Pi could finish his sentence.
“I think that’s better.”
“Huh?”
“It's better that way. Try to get to know him once again. After all, it’s been several months since you two broke up. ”
“Thanks Pi. I’ll keep that in mind. But I promise, this time I’ll do everything just to prove to him that I’m worthy of that chance.”
“Don’t say it…. Prove it... And...”
"Yes?" Jin looked up from his plate and saw the serious glint in his best friend's eyes.
"Hurt him again and you'll face my wrath."

“Why can’t you just kick Kame chan out of your house?”
“Tat chan!!! How can you even say that! Kame’s my baby… I can’t do that to him.” Koki’s aggravated reply.
Another secret meeting took place as 3 of Kazuya’s friend sits this time at Ryo's sofa.
“Now, now don't be mad Koki. He doesn't literally mean that you have to throw him out of your place and let him die out of hunger, he just wants Kame chan to move back at Jin’s place.”
“But I thought they come up with an agreement that they’ll be friends for the meantime.”
“I know… But wouldn’t it be easier to patch things up if they’re together 24/7” the oldest of them insisted
“Yes, its great and we’ll finally have some peace of mind from Jin’s constant whining. But on the other hand, Tat chan don’t you think this is a better set up, I mean for now?”
Tatsuya then glared at the man sitting beside him.
“RYO! Whose side are you really in? I thought we already agreed that we’ll talk to KOKI so that Kame will move back to Jin’s house and here you are trying to convince ME that this set-up is way better.”
“Sshhh.. Don’t be so upset my Hime. Of course I want them to be together. But I thought that for the meantime let’s not give Jin what he wanted the most, also known as Kame chan. Let him exert some efforts, just to make up for his stupidity.”
The little bulb inside Tatsuya’s head immediately switched on as wide grin starts to appear on his face.
“You know Ryo sometimes I admire your way of thinking. Kinda mean but with good intentions.”
Then leaning forward, he gave the younger man 3 quick kisses on the lips.
“OK! LOVE BIRDS I’M HAPPY THAT YOU’RE GETTING ALONG JUST FINE BUT I'M STILL HERE SO PLEASE SPARE MY EYES AND SANITY!”

Jin made his way and quietly sat beside the person who caught his attention.
“Hi” He seductively greeted but silence answered him back. So he tried another tactic.
“I see you’re all alone, do you mind if I join you?”
“I don’t talk to strangers.”
“Then let me introduce myself, I’m Jin. Akanishi Jin and you are?”
“……………”
'Tough one. But don’t give up Jin’
“So ~~~ Are you free tonight? Maybe we can hang out and get to know each other a little better.”
This statement earned a glare but he silently pump his fist coz he finally got the attention he wanted.
“Getting to know each other? Meaning?”
“Meaning dinner, then talk, afterwards we can go to my place, talk a little more, then a little kissing on my couch and maybe something more.”
“Or maybe you want me to punch your pretty face!”
“MOU!!!! Kazu!!!! Don’t ruin my moment!”
“What moment are you talking about? You’re trying molest me in your mind.”
“I’m trying to relive the first time we met!”
“Oh you are? Didn't I punch you then. Maybe I can do it again, that way I can help you."
"Not that part!!!! I want the sizzling hot part...Kissing on the dance floor... Kissing on the couch as the wave sings to us on the background ~~~"
"OK STOP! Now, the more I want to knock you off. How can you even imagine that when you're inside a moving bus with people everywhere, which reminds me what are you doing here? I thought we agreed to meet at the agency.”
The older man sheepishly smiled at him.
“Actually I wanted to pick you up. But knowing you, I bet you will leave early and I was right. Luckily I saw you leaving Koki’s house. So I decided to follow you at the bus stop.”
“So you’re my stalker now?”
“Ummmm… If you wanna put it like that then yeah…”
“You’re crazy! What will happen if people recognized you.”
“Hhhhmmm... Then let them be. I don't care.”
“Too quick to answer... You haven’t changed a bit, still the same silly careless guy I know.”
Suddenly, Jin leaned forward and whisper “Yes, I’m still that same guy….. Who happens to be crazy in love with you...”
Hearing this, the smaller boy tore his gaze away from the person next to him and looks at the view outside to keep himself from grinning wide.
“Do you always use that cheesy pick-up lines to every girl you meet?”
“Nope… Exclusively yours”
Now Kazuya wants to hate Jin for making him blush like an idiot just by saying those sweet words. So he tries to concentrate on the view but something caught his attention.
“What do you think you're doing?” He questioned Jin when the boy casually drapes his arms around his shoulder.
"I'm resting my hand....?"
"Really?"
Heaving a sigh, Jin pulled away and start drumming his fingers to his knees as Kazuya continue staring at the moving scenery.
“Jin~ ~ ~” turning his attention once again to the man beside him.
“There’s nothing wrong if friends do this, right...” he answered as he leans his head on Kazuya’s then close his eyes as if trying to catch a quick nap.
“Yes.... Nothing's wrong with this...” the younger man quietly replied as he cast a quick glance at Jin then stares down at their entwined hands.
