PART 5
They’ve been together for 8 months now and everything doing well. But these past few weeks Akihiko noticed that there are some changes with Yuuki.
There are times that he’s not talking to Akihiko or there are times that it seems like he’s avoiding him. He can’t understand what’s happening to his lover and when he asks him he’ll just tell him that it’s nothing.
‘Are you hiding something from me Yuuki?’ Akihiko said to himself.
“Yuuki chan?”
“Yes, Akihiko?”
“Is there anything bothering you?”
“No. Why did you asked?”
Akihiko sighed as if trying to decide if he’ll tell the other what’s bothering him. But he’s afraid that Yuuki might misinterpret what he wanted to say.
“Ah nothing… It’s just that I noticed these past few days you’re being quiet, that’s all”
“Don’t mind me… It’s nothing” Yuuki just smiled and hug him. But he felt that the hug he received is kinda stiff and not the usual hug given to him by his partner.

“Where have you been?” Yuuki interrogate as Akihiko entered the front door. And when he casually answered ‘Work’ the young man gave him a look that says he doesn’t believe him.
“Work?”
“Yes”
“Are you sure?”
“Of course”
“Ok”
After this Yuuki smiles at him then gives him a soft peck on the lips. “Ok, I believe you. Let’s go to bed now”
Then he’ll just walk towards their bed room leaving Akihiko standing in the middle of the living room, pondering what just happen. One minute his lovers tone is accusatory and it will drastically shift to being warm.

“Yuuki chan, I’ll have a meeting after work so I may be arriving late. If you’re already tired please don’t wait for me anymore”
“NO! I won’t sleep until you got home. Can’t I just come with you?”
“You can’t. You’ll get bored there. Besides, I’ll go straight home after the meeting.” Akihiko explained
“Are you sure?”
“Sure with what?”
“That you’re going on a meeting? How come you’ll be late if it’s just a meeting” Yuuki looks at him with curiosity.
“I didn’t say that it will last until very late in the evening. I’m just saying that I might be late arriving here”
Yuuki just looks at him for a while then hugs him and softly whispers “ok, I understand. Take care.”
And as Akihiko proceeds to the door, Yuuki called his name and say “I trust you, Ok”

“I want to come with you.” Yuuki whine as he watch Akihiko pack several things.
“You can’t… Besides it’s only for a day, tomorrow evening I’ll be here already”
“Who are going with you?”
“The whole division” Aki patiently answered
“So there will be girls there”
“Yes, there will be but don’t worry ok, they can’t take me away from you”
Then as just like what he usually do for the past several weeks, Yuuki will just look at Akihiko with questioning eyes before he hugs him and say “Ok, I’ll wait for your return”
