I've basically stopped taking my medication. It's not on purpose; after I got back from Italy the time change fucked with my normal medicine-taking time, and, unlike when I got there, I didn't make an effort to adjust it. So I started taking it at night, before I went to sleep, without an alarm, and since I'm far more likely to forget about it
