lots of negative energy sucks. i suggest you go run or swim for a long time. make it a habit. i had to wake up at 6am today to go run xc practice and i'm pretty damn happy now. dk why. i got three hours of sleep and have been zonking out around 3am on a regular basis lately. it's been a bitch. but now i'm not tired. (i just wish the plumber hadn't turned off the water and would stop working on the shower so i can actually take one...).

aaaaaaaand a cuddle is always good for calming down and relaxing and just thinking happy. but assuming from the negative energy thing, you've misplaced a bf or something :P got a dog?
