everything was reminding me of sad times. it was very strange

satan likes it when we think of our hurtful past. who we dislike, who hurt us the most. and when we begin to feel sorry for ourselves and starting to hate people all over again, his mission is accomplished. don't let that happen. don't think about different scenerio's that woulda made the situation better, think about what you have now and how you can make it better.
