this rape case is completely draining me. it is an horrendous thing to be thinking about day in, day out. i hope it is over soon. the real kicker is there is no forensic or any other sort of evidence. its his word versus hers so we aren't 100% sure he's guilty so can't return a guilty verdict--in my mind anyway. i hate this. the jury is ( Read more... ) -

i'm on jury duty at the moment. the case is nine counts of child rape over the first ten years of the child's life. it's not very pleasant. and it makes me really sad. i can barely look at the guy in the dock but i suppose he desserves a fair trial..... -
