Okay, so my lj hibernation days are over. I'd be lying if i'll say that nothing has happened over uhm, 2 months. Where do i start? What do I have to tell you guys? Overwhelming, grabe.. This may or maybe not a long entry, depending on how far I can remember or how much my time can allow me. Anyhow, here it goes

Stock market?? I have a friend who works in the Philipine Depository something something and she's been orienting me on stocks and stuff. But I understand I need a broker pa if I'm gonna buy. Broker ba kayo?? My mom sold all her Meralco shares so I've been kinda curious as to how these actually work. I want to buy too! Yung mga bago i-IPO para mura! Let me know your thoughts!

And sosyal naman ng condotel!! How does it feel to breathe Alabang air? :) Anyway, yeah, despite all the luxuries, it's still best to be able to come home during normal hours etc. Isa lang ang masasabi ko sayo: OT PAY TIBA-TIBA KA SIGURO! Libreeee!

nope, we're not a brokerage firm. Though you're right, you first need a broker before you can buy. Try citiseconline, alam ko mejo maliit lang ang minimum nila to open an account. Kami kasi abacus securities and we were able to get a broker through one of our manager's recommendation. Wala naman din akong sariling account, nagpool lang kasi kami ng money at the start tapos ayun, hanggang sa naadik ng tuluyan. IPO stocks are good, usually kasi yun ang tumataas ang value especially on the first day of trading. Mas ok kung makakabili ka before their public offering para kapag tumaas may kita ka na agad. Yun nga lang mahirap makakuha ng alotment. Try mo magapply using LSI (local small investors).

Well, Alabang air is....also polluted!! hahaha Kasi naman nga, puro kotse. Yuh, yumaman sana ako at hindi kainin lang ng tax ang OT pay ko.

hindi e, kahit nasa alabang kami, it's still work (client office) and bahay (condotel). Kahit nga si Ailen hindi ko nameet.

yehey, malapit ka nga!! :D sure, lunch out tayo. nagstart na training ni ino last monday pero sa insular life building siya. ang tunay na bahay niya ay sa ortigas pero for a month yata siya sa Makati. When ka ba magstart? basta text niyo muna ko ha, kasi mejo busy pa rin ngayon..huhu

Haha, napansin ko pa rin yung choppy editing, at gulo ng story kapag hindi mo nabasa. Yates is still decent though. Mahirap talaga gawing movie ang Potter books, and alam mong ni-rush lang ng WB para pagkakitaan (tingnan mo naman Lord of the Rings, ang ganda ng pagkagawa).

true! dinaan nga lang din sa promotions.. in fairness, maganda ang pagkakaedit nila ng trailer at bigla ko nagustuhan si Bellatrix dahil kay Helena Bonham Carter! haha

LOTR..no offense,i know you're really a big fan, pero mejo inantok ako sa movies na yun. maganda nga lang ang pagkakapresent in the movie though!:D siguro kasi 3 lang yun, HP is like 7. we probably had greater expectations as more movies are made.

Haha, commercialized na talaga ang HP movies. XD Pero at least assured tayo na maganda ang special effects dahil big budget. Haha, magaling talaga si Helena Bonham Carter. :)

Wag kang mag-alala, inantok rin ako sa Extended Editions. XD Di ko rin kinaya ang 4+ hours sa isang movie pa lang. XD

But LotR finished everything before releasing them over 3 separate years. Granted, the HP franchise has already started... But I do hope they film 6 and 7 near each other, now that the books are out.

Nakita mo na ba yung The Golden Compass na movie? That was made by New Line Cinema too (creators of the LotR series). Well, we haven't seen it, but the trailers do seem a lot more impressive than any HP film trailer I've seen. :o
