Valentine's dinner

under the cut is the recipe for our valentine's dinner... i love to cook, and it's part of my 101 to look up new recipes and post the pictures (i always take pictures, i don't know why)

we used to have this goal that every time we went shopping we would look up stuff to make, but then we got lazy about it... but i've always taken pictures, ha, to document my culinary achievements :)
so eventually there will be more!
