[How's this for a troll? Beat's been in town for a bit, but he's still confused as hell and so when he sees someone familiar, he comes lumbering up like the giant thing he is.]

[What. What the hell? That's a voice she hasn't heard for a while and she whips her head around to make sure it's really him.]

...Beat? [She wasn't exactly expecting anybody familiar to be around. She immediately drops what she's holding and heads toward him to get a better look.]

[ The voice seems to come from the floor -- kid is too short to see over the counter. Meet tiny Mr. H. ]

[ He gives her a little bow and then goes right back to staring, clearly thrown off by her appearance. ]

I think so. I've never been here before.

[She's not sure she makes the connection of who this is, but she's already moving from behind the counter to kneel down to his height. Her appearance clearly is not an issue.]

Seems like a lot of people are getting lost lately. Are you here by yourself?

[So Rhyme here has been wondering around the village for a while now, trying to look for a warm place to get away from the snow. She happens to pass by All Passions, peeking her head in to see if it's all right for her to stay in the store. She hasn't quite noticed Shiki yet.]

[Shiki's only half-paying attention herself, so she barely glances at who just came in.] Yeah? [But then she turns to face her fully.] ...Rhyme!

She's going to guess and hope she's right.]

... Shiki? [She shivered, stepping inside the store now.] Is that you?

[Yeah she's going to abandon her position behind her counter and pretty much just zooms over to where Rhyme is. Man, it's been a while since she's seen you.]

Yeah, it's me. [Don't mind her putting her hands on Rhyme's shoulders just to make sure she's actually standing there.] Where did you just come from?
