Best Before

Today I did something extremely adventerous; albeit stupid. I broke one of my rules of life, a rule that I thought I could never, ever break.

...I ate something after it's 'Best Before' date...

The worst part is, I checked the 'Best Before' date before I ate it, and then I counciously made a decision to eat it regardless. It was only a couple

my mother has the same phobia. i sometimes eat things out of the trash (not, of course, the public trash, but the household inside trash can). I eat things long out of date. I'm still healthy... (ok, just not this week).
