I have been perpetually exhausted for the past 2 weeks, well not always, but kinda/mostly always. I've got the blues, and not the kraft macaroni and cheese kind. at least you recognize that you have the blues, honey, so you can deal with it. The others won't quite know yet, and it is crucial for us to buffer them, and help them, because it doesn't appear that any saintly SS is going to sit us all down and say "You may feel this way, but its ok". The good thing about the staggered start is that not everyone will be feeling it, as you mentioned for J Squared. I'm glad that he has redeemed himself a little, and you gotta stick up for him when it comes evaluation time, because you and I both know how important that drive and willingness to learn is. You and I have seen good interpreters gone bad when they stagnate, and I think that's the worser of the two.
In any event, girls will be girls. Suggest an alternate, massive program, like organizing the programming equipment, or cleaning, or putting together a big impromptu church picnic, so that it will distract them. Gossipp = boring. Oh, that, and staff parties sans Spamilton = boring. balcony peeing ahoy!
