that is soooo cool!!! i can't wait to get my makeover done by this girl I had just met. I'm gonna be one of her models for her portfolio! she'll do the crazy stuff/cool stuff you mentioned.

I would say 70% of what is in there now was part of our kit when we enrolled. The kit cost us close to 1G so I was expecting it to be stuffed to the brim. But supposedly, the kit (the actual case) is about $200. Then I would say our brushes were pricey too. There wasn't as much product in the kit as i was expecting/hoping for. I was still happy about it though. I mean, my concealer palette that came w/ the kit retails for $80 alone...so we did get some good stuff. The rest of it, I added to it.
hahaha... yeah, you should've seen our faces the first day we laid eyes on it. now it's a pain in the ass...seriously. every class, we have to take every single item out and set up our stations. it's not fun. that's why everything is either in palettes or in small containers. it's not about the 'look' but more convenience and size.

You'd be surprised at how much a fashion model needs on her face on the runways and even in photo shoots. It's completely different from what a person would wear on a normal day to day basis.
