on being pregnant

wow...being pregnant is a surreal experience. i don't think charlie and i have a complete handle on the fact that we're going to be parents. weird!

so a basic run down of the last 15 weeks:

weeks 1-5: i think this is when the sperm-y finds it's way up to the egg-y.

week 6: finding out i was pregnant. i was in denial. i just didn't believe it ( Read more... )

yes. i almost cried too i was so excited!! i haven't started feeling anything yet. i figure it probably won't happen until week 20. : )

that's awesome - i think the morning sickness, the hormones ..all that are things i would cherish as a mother.

i LOVE LOVE LOVE babies so much but i have a deathly fear of experiencing pregnancy and giving birth. i've feared it ever since i was a small girl, always wishing i had been born a boy so that i could avoid mother's nature's process. your entry re-confirms my fears. i know it's nothing in comparison to the output but i'm such a whiner already, and i can barely deal with one hangover.

i know. i'm really really really scared about giving birth! but you never know. every woman's experience is different. you may not experience any m.s. like some lucky women!
