imagine you are a police officer and you see andy peterson and i in our new collared shirts we bought at jc penny yesterday crossing the street in north minneapolis to the liqour store with 3 crackheads, one of whom was wearing a plastic garbage bag. we had them buy us liqour and this cop totally saw -- rad.

now-a-days you have to have a electronic pass, or another person in your car. so even if he was in the fast lane it was legal.
