Sex is fun.  That's why we do it.  Sure, there's that pesky animalistic thing about procreating, too...but mostly we do it because it's fun.  When reference is made to sex being fun or pleasurable people usually associate it with climax- cumming, orgasm, et cetera-and for some this is, in fact, the "fun" of sex.  Climax is the goal, the aim.
