Today in class we watched a video that was highlighting specific horrendous child abuse cases in the state of Michigan. It was sooo hard to watch. My stomach felt so sick, thinking that PARENTS can do these things to their children. I mean, obviously I already knew that this happened, but seeing it is far different than just an acute awareness
