Awww, Andy I miss you!! I bet DAYS isn't the same without you there. Sadly I am just an assistant and not an associate/DGA at Y&R, but they told me awhile ago they'd train me to be the new back-up PA (we have only two fulltime PAs and one back-up PA here, unlike the three fulltime PAs at DAYS)... so we'll see if it happens. What I'm doing now is similar to what the booth PAs do, so it's a step in the right direction. I just have less work/stress and get paid a ton less than the real PAs, haha. So how is life after DAYS? Are your days and night filled with comedy writing and performing? I'm glad you're getting a chance to do what you really want to do. It makes a big difference if you are passionate about your job, and I know how much you love comedy. I'd love to see a show of yours one of these days! I'll try to keep up with your myspace bullitens :-) I hope the summer is going well for you, and I love to have lunch with you sometime if you're free! I miss you!!
Haha yeah it was really funny-- there was a soundstage full of furniture/sets they were giving away, and we just ran around with post-its writing our name on stuff. And if someone looked at a piece we'd already claimed, we were like, "Back off, bitch!" (You know, cat fights are allowed because we work on a soap :-) It was a funny experience.
