Heh. I'd forgotten how much I missed these two until I started coming up with things to write for the drabble... ah, those good old days. I think I'll have to revisit them again in the future. :)

Thank you!

Oh, how evocative! You paint a lovely picture of late afternoon and of Jack's astonishment at the turn of events. I want to tell him that it'll last, he should have no doubts.

Great job.

Thank you! Trying to convey a feeling or scene without using illustrations or spelling it outright leads to some more creative measures being taken, I've found. I wish I could tell him the same things... which is why I write!

I'm glad you liked it. :)

Oh, that's just beautiful. I love the imagery of them on the porch and Jack wondering just how she could want him . . . I hope there's more where this came from!

If I had room, I would snag an icon with "Picture? Could I give you a thousand words instead?" Alas, my icon space is limited, but that's definitely how my mind works. :)

And if you mean 'more' as in 'related to this story,' there is the backstory that may one day get written; if it's a 'more' in regards to SJ, hells yes. I just need to find the right prompts, and my muse will fill in the rest.
