General update and thigns to do

I'm getting behind in so many things so its list time again.  Some how, posting my list-of-things-to-do here makes me more productive because I feel I must be accountable if others see it.  So it's at the bottom of this post and I'll strike through as I get them done.  Some seem trivial or silly to break them down into such small steps, but since
